Cliff Jones
Cliff is a sought-after trainer and consultant recognized for his work in equity and inclusion, building alliances across differences, team development, conflict resolution, and effective management systems including supervision. He has over 30 years’ experience in organizational development consulting and has worked with hundreds of organizations primarily in Oregon and Washington, with additional work across the USA and internationally.
Prior to co-founding Capacity Building Partnerships, he served the Nonprofit Association of Oregon as a Senior Consultant, a position he held for 26 years, and since 1985 has been a member of the Black Liberation and Community Development Leadership Team. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Service and Public Affairs from the University of Oregon with a focus on social psychology and community education. Among his many awards, Cliff received the 2025 Barbara Roberts Governor's Legacy Award for his dedication to Cascade AIDS Project and the HIV Community, and a shared vision for universal respect and dignity of life.
