Alex Millett
Alex has been working as a leadership trainer and consultant since 2013, and social justice facilitator for over 20 years. Alex identifies as a white, neurodivergent parent and woman. Alex provides organizational and leadership development and coaching services with a focus on bridging across differences and creating equitable and inclusive environments. Her approach is flexible, adaptive, and creative. She meets people and organizations where they are in their evolution, and partners with them to expand their leadership skills and increase organizational impact. Prior to co-founding Capacity Building Partnerships, Alex worked at the Nonprofit Association of Oregon as a Consultant and Rural Program Manager, and at Cascade Employers Association as a Leadership Trainer. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development and Social Change and a Master of Arts degree in Community Development and Planning from Clark University.
