We will look at the ways that exclusion-bias-oppression are structural, and learn effective ways to understand and act from that structural awareness. You will leave with some tools to bring an OEIB lens to your daily work and life.
This session is appropriate for anyone interested in building their analysis, capacity, and leadership to advance equity and inclusion. It is also useful for organizations that have worked with Capacity Building Partnerships' DEIJ Framework in the past and want a refresh and/or to orient new team members.
