OEIB Foundation Series

Capacity Building Partnerships is offering a four-part OEIB Foundations Workshop Series. The series provides an ongoing resource for organizations to support staff members and organizational development over time.

We can work with your full staff, new staff, teams, boards, etc., individual staff members or small groups in our regular public offerings. The Series includes Foundations 1, 2, 3, & 4.

OEIB Foundations 1  |  Online Training

Build your foundational understanding, capacity, and analysis for engaging in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work for the long-term in this four-hour training. 
​
Give your staff an introduction to equity and inclusion concepts and some tools to bring an equity and inclusion lens to their work!

This is a great opportunity to build awareness and understanding of DEI opportunities and issues. ​

Transformational Leadership Program

October 2022 - June 2023 

A nine-month course designed to support leaders in building and sustaining diverse, equitable, inclusive and just organizations, including workshops, peer learning groups, coaching, and resources.

What was previously our "DEI Leaders Cohort" is now the Transformational Leadership Program. This is an evolution of our long-term core work that is intended to respond to current realities, and corresponding leadership and organizational challenges, with the ultimate goal of transforming organizations in support of a more equitable and just society.
