We work with you as a partner to design a process that is transparent and as responsive as possible to your organization's needs, lifecycle, and culture. We value getting to know you and hearing the multiple needs and perspectives of your organization.
We take an organizational development approach to our work, which means we put your mission and people first. We bring our own perspectives from working with hundreds of leaders and organizations and seek to match that with an approach unique to your organization and people. Our focus is on building your team's leadership and capacity to achieve your goals.

Organization PlanningWhether you need an annual plan, a five-year strategic plan or real time strategy planning, Capacity Building Partnerships brings an inclusive and collaborative approach to planning processes. Change can be extremely difficult for individuals, let alone teams of people. We value designing inclusive processes that include the input of people at all levels of the organization. Organizational development is at the core of our expertise. We believe that organizations, like people, go through life cycles and transformations. We work with staff, boards, and volunteers to improve organizational effectiveness, with mission impact at the center.
