We will explore:
- The impacts of systemic bias.
- Strengthening cross-cultural analysis .
- Developing mindsets that support life-long learning and transformation.
This session is appropriate for anyone interested in building their analysis, capacity, and leadership to advance equity and inclusion. It is also useful for organizations that have worked with Capacity Building Partnerships' DEIJ Framework in the past and want a refresh and/or to orient new team members.
